MY STORY
My name is Deasia Barnes, and I'm originally from California. I'm a child of God, a mother both biologically and through fostering to adopt, and a friend. I'm passionate about personal development, enjoying reading self help books, exploring new food, and seeking out new experiences. Without God, I wouldn't be writing this story. I believe in his power and want to use my life to serve his purpose.
I understand the challenges that some individual's face, and I'm committed to providing the support and resources needed to overcome obstacles, build perseverance, and succeed. Growing up, I didn't always feel like I belonged. My mom wasn't around much, and my dad was often angry and sad. It was hard to feel happy when things felt so uncertain. The only thing that made me feel a little better was knowing I had a place to stay, even if it wasn't always the best place.
I learned that having a safe and stable home is really important. It gives you a base to start from, to tackle the challenges life throws your way. I lived in foster care and group homes for a while, and I know how tough it can be. I also struggled with my mental health because of some of the things I went through.
During that time, I really wished I had a place where I felt like I belonged, a place with people who understood. I wanted to help others who might be feeling lost or alone, just like I did. That's why I started THE LIVE WITH LOVE PROJECT LLC. We want to help people find a safe and supportive place to live, just like I wished I had. We'll work with you to help you overcome challenges, and build a better life for yourself. We believe that everyone deserves a chance to succeed, and we're here to help you on your journey.
